Just stayed one night (for my birthday) at the Hilton Luxembourg. The hotel is already a bit outdated, so are the standard rooms and bathrooms. Yet there are no signs of wear at all, and furthermore the rooms are bright, very clean and the electronics operate flawlessly. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked, which creates a bit of a parking space problem at certain moments, although a very large parking area free of charge is provided. Excellent buffet breakfast, no showcooking however. The service by the multilingual staff is excellent and professional, as I am already used as I tend to travel Hilton frequently. Although very large (19 floors-3wings!!!), the service is at individual and personal level. During check-in, I even received a hand-written birthday card by the staff supervisor, which without a doubt prooves the effort made to make you feel home at the Hilton. In any event, they succeed in that every time, no matter in which part of the world I'm travelling. Hilton Luxembourg? Two thumbs up!
