Starting with a location. Certainly not very interesting but metro station is only 5 minutes walk and Champs Elysees is about six stations. Room is quite large considering the usual hotel rooms in Paris and the windows are soundproof which is quite important if you like a tranquile sleep. Cleanliness is good although the carpet in my room should need cleaning or replacement. Breakfast is very good, cold and warm buffet. The hotel staff is professional. The hotel is rather new, I guess and doesn't have a chic but one doesn't expect this from a Holiday Inn. In cnclusion, very good value for money.
