Myself and a friend booked this short break as a get away no idea what to expect!
We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel very pretty and unique decor, the check in service didnt take too long but its is important to point out this is not an english speaking! So was very very difficult.
Good Points:
-The rooms were simple but nice (we had the inner no balcony-cheapest!) was overall happy with it.
-Location just perfect, beach is lovely and literally a few steps away. A spa is next door to the hotel, and other shops and 2 bars are just up the road.
-Not that busy in and around the hotel, beach wasnt too crowded
Bad points:
-We had to work out for ourselves where to eat and access all inclusive food and drinks as the waitor we were directed to couldnt speak a word of english and was coming across as a little arragont.
-The hotel food was very poor, got so boring eating the food and we only took advantage of the all inclu about 4 times. Food was basic, repetetive and just boring...saying that we didnt get ill or anything so its edible!
-The hotel is mainly occupied with germans which i dont mind but most are so so rude (we got told off for talking around the pool because someone woman wanted to sleep on her lounger!).
-The same went for the cleaners, one of them ranted on at my friend in spanish and she had no idea why! So we asked her not to clean our room was very strange! Complained to reception. Saying this our room wa cleaned and towels changed read a different review said this wasnt done so was surprised.
-The pool is an oversize paddling pool its tiny so ndont go if you enjoy using the pools.
Bad points are nothing too serious if your looking for a short break good value for money with a gorjus beach on the doorstep then go for it. I will probably be back in june 09.
