The hotel grounds were immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful during our stay. The pools were very quiet in the week and we found the adult pool to be a great option as it allowed us to avoid the busier main pool at the weekend. The location was great for us as we had a car - I think that without one we would have been totally limited to the resort which only had a few restaurants. That said, I think that there were free shuttle buses from the hotel to shopping malls and into Palm Springs itself so if you weren't staying long then you could manage without a car quite easily. In terms of value for money I would definitely recommend this hotel - the facilities are lovely and the service was fantastic.
