where is the iate situated i am looking to be near praia da rochas main area

Hi Lilian
The Iate is in an excellent location about 100yds from the beach. The Titanic restaurant is across the road, there is a supermarket nearby. The bars and
entertainments are all close at hand. Havent stayed there myself, but shall be doing in Sept. If you do decide to give it a try, dont miss a visit to the hotel bar, worth it just to meet Sylvia who runs it, she's lovely
