Have just returned from this hotel and it is the best holiday that we have ever had. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. The mini bar is stocked up every day with beer, sprite, fanta, water and coke. There are plenty of sunbeds but you have to be up early if you want one beside the pool with an umbrella.
Kids cub is excellent thanks to Mama Maria and Jessie. Children can go there for most of the day and even get to have their tea with them leaving you free to use the A La Carte restaurants which are Tropical, Brazilian and Mexican all are excellent quality.
The children even get involved with the shows at night and the Lion King is not to be missed. They then get to go to the mini disco and get use of Route 66 disco. Plenty of activities during the day and the Star Friends work really hard. If you dont want to take part just say no and they wont bother you.
We only went on 1 trip which was to Ocean World and the dolphin Encounter is not to be missed. Tip the waitresses and the maids 1 dollar every few days and they will really look after you. We took some some gifts such as hair bobbles, pens, pencils, shampoo etc and they are really grateful for these as everything is so expensive.
Dont miss the paella on the beach with lobster as it is excellent. Take plenty of suncream as it is about £14 per bottle. Have already booked up for next year.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2001, absolutely beautiful hotel, out of this world, everything was good, the staff, the food, the rooms, the entertainment was OK (as good as holiday entertainment goes) the onsite disco was fun also! I would go back to this hotel in a flash, absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!!.....
