Location very good. The rooms over looking the sea are the best. The food was very good for a 4 star. I wont comment on value for money as we went at half term and you always pay over the top. We went there as a second choice and were very pleased.

After returning from a week at this hotel the word to describe it is fantastic! On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the staff on reception and as the week progressed we found every member of staff to be more than helpful in fact we were quite pampered.
There was a vast selection of food for both breakfast and dinner and you were welcome to eat as much as you liked, we loved the hot pancakes with chocolate sauce for breakfast. Dinner was a treat with choices of fish, pasta, pizza, a roast, chops, burgers, paella, various cold meats, loads of salad stuff, salad dressings, fresh fruit and a choice of cakes and desserts. Some of the food being cooked freshly in front of the customers.
The room was spacious and spotless, plenty of hanging space and hangers for your clothes. We stayed on the fifth floor at the back of the hotel and the views over the resort were amazing, we were able to see the sun setting from the balcony. We also had a fridge which was great for keeping cool the water and wine.
The bathroom was also spacious with a large mirror and hairdryer, the shower was easily controlled to the correct temperature and there was also a bath. Towels were changed daily.
We can't comment on the entertainment as we went out every night to the local bars which were in easy reach. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the beach but it sits rather high up so there are a good few steps or a slope to climb if you are a beach lover. The hotel itself has a super fast lift to all floors.
We booked this hotel through Wintersunshine Holidays and have no complaints, the food is the best we have had yet on a holiday and not a grumpy member of staff to be found. BRILLIANT!

Having read some of the previous reports on poor service, rip off prices etc. We were surprised at the sevice we received which was excellent, at breakfast as soon as you reached the table a coffee pot appeared and at dinner the wine waiter was at the table as soon as you sat down, drinks were paid for as you left the restaurant. The prices in the hotel were a little more expensive tah at other bars, but the measures were more generous, a decent bottle of wine was 11-13 euros.
The food in the restaurant was excellent with a hugh choice of dishes, if you could not find something to your liking you will be very hard to please. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and the whole hotel spotlessly clean. To hire a safe was 12 euros per week, I asked to hire a fridge for the week and was asked if I would like it filled, which I declined and was told there was no charge for the hire, towels for the pool are also free of charge requiring a 5 euros deposit and can be changed at reception every day. If you take a 'store card' you can leave it in the power switch while you are out for the evening and leave the air conditioning on.
Overall we could find no faults at all with the hotel, highly recomended. For a change from the karaoke bars
try the Leprechaun bar it has live music most nights, the drinks are reasonable and good measures.
