Just returned from 12 days all-inclusive 2 days ago and felt the need to review this aparthotel, the staff were very helpfull, friendly and most were multi lingual with a 24/7 reception, the rooms were not massive but clean and cosy and maids cleaned the rooms everyday, the clubs for the under 12s were exceptional and the entertainers went out of their way to make sure the kids enjoyed their time there, which we all know if the kids are happy it makes your holiday that much better and gives you time to yourself. The nightime entertainment shows were good for both adults and kids and even people that were touring during the day came back for them. The food was always varied and there always seemed to be a good choice that appealed to everyone even the fussiest of children. It was buffet meals (help yourself) but it was so hygienic and the food was monitored and changed on a regular basis. There was a exceptionally large pool (one of the biggest in all the hotels in Ca'n Picfort) and although the apartments were full it never seemed over crowded. I would recommend this aparthotel for any families with children under 12yrs, it has a 4 star rating and I found was worth the money I paid and I would definetly return to an Iberostar in the future.
