I have just arrived home after two weeks in Kusadsi staying in the Ida apartments. I would have to say that if you dont like walking up a hill everyday and night then do not stay here. The rooms are very basic, the pool is nice and also a good size, but I would advise not to eat at the resteraunt here as it is so much more expensive than in the centre of kusadasi and not very big portions either!!. Ida is situated at the top of a steep hill and the road surface up to it is not good. You have to haul your cases up a flight of stairs before you get to reception. Air conditioning and safety deposit boxes are available at additional costs. Staff are nice here though which makes it a bit better but I would not choose to stay here again.
