My wife and myself have recently spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location was perfect for most of the sites you need to vist. The room we stayed in was a excecutive one,with a great view of the Petronas Towers.
We were disapointed with the 1 hour delay at check in and when we checked out it took 25 minutes for our baggage to arrive at reception. But this apart the food and room service was very good.
