Very disappointing holiday. Standards of food are very poor. Very little selection ranging from cold to lukewarm. Not enough staff to cope with level of guests and constantly running out of supplies.
The location of this hotel is in a Spanish residential area which is quite hilly although a courtesy bus is provided during the day. As the hotel entertainment is dire I would advise a taxi into town on an evening although you can sometimes struggle to get one back at the end of the night.
If you get bad weather while you are there you will freeze because this hotel has no heating in the rooms. Most guests were complaining about the noise in there rooms as one side you are kept awake by the local residents barking dogs and the other side will keep you awake due to the constant traffic flow on the busy main road.
30 guests held a mini riot in reception demanding to be moved as Christmas was so poor - no special entertainment and no activities at all during the day.
The hotel reception lost our passports by giving them away to other hotel guests which caused us a huge amount of worry and distress for 3 days. Would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

this hotel has the poorest food selection you could ever want!!! bland slop! cold! not fit for a dog! the chef wants
to be made to eat it himself!!! in front of all the hotel guests,! the waiters look the part ,thats where it all ends!
they sweep by hand, crumbs off the table on to the floor you can see it it like a carpet everywhere! when you sit down for your swill you find that the tablecloths are full of the food overflow from the previous occupants is still there! cups and glasses are not washed properley we found lipstick on our glasses, STAY THERE AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANT PUT NO 1 FOR FOOD IT DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THAT.
