Italy attractions

Sorrento isan excellent base to see the many historical sites that Italy had to offer.
We stayedin Grand hotel Flora - FANTASTIC staff! xxx

Italy shopping

Shops are excellent. Don't forget to visit 'the drains' which is a maze of street full of shops selling everything.

Italy nightlife

Streets in the town are pedestrianised, at night. We are 2 mature ladies and I felt safe.

Italy restaurants

We were half board,in the hotel but I belive Caruso's is excellent.

Getting around Italy

VERY busy with traffic during the day so totally unsuitable for disabled/infirm. Bus and trainstation in the centre of town. Also special site seeing red bus which takes you arounf the resort. Would have like to have tried the wee white tourist train which goes around the resort at night but didn'tget around toit.

When to visit Italy

September was an excellent time togo.
