Got back from Limassol just last night. The hotel was as expected, although the cleaners could have been a bit 'cleaner'. The pool was lovely, as there was nothing much for us to do during the day, we spent every day at the poolside. The grill things that run all the way around the side of the pool could have done with a jet wash though. There was always plenty of sunbeds free, so for those of you who like have late nights (or early mornings!), you can get up at dinner time and still get a sunbed.
I stayed there for 2 weeks, and they had entertainment on twice which wasnt much cop! They had a cypriot night which you had to pay about £7 odd to attend it! And two oldish women singing and trying to crack jokes on another night. Nothing spectacular at all! The food at the pool bar is ok but very very expensive, avoid eating at the pool if you can. Theres a supermarket called papas about 200 yards up from the hotel, buy all your essentials from there instead of the smaller mini market type shops because its meant to be the cheapest in Limassol.
I would actually stay at the hotel again if it was in another country, it was very nice but Limassol isnt really the place for me. I dont want to waffle on too much about Limassol, bacause people read this for the hotel review, not the resort review. But it is very expensive and they drive like pillocks!
