We have just come back from a stay at The Jurys Inn in Edinburgh. As we were more interested in the old town of Edinburgh and not the shopping area of Princes Street, this hotel was ideally located.
The hotel is located in Jeffery Street, which is just off the Royal mile. The mile is full of entertainment, from restaurants, bars, ghost walks and talks and nightclubs, its also not to far away to get to the main attractions such as The castle, dungeons and of course Princes street over the Northbridge.
The hotel itself was not excellent but not bad either. Our room was clean but very basic, however it had everything we needed and was quiet. The breakfasts we had in the restaurant were good.
