K+K Fenix: What a Great Hotel by Jack Spratt |
| Posted 17 March 2005 about a visit in February 2005 | Overall rating: 9.0 |
Just spent 4 nights in this hotel in March 2005.
Located close to the Metro station. In was on a quiet side street near the Museum in Wenceslas Square. The room, had air conditioning/Heating it was cold -7 , good size, very clean and the beds really comfortable. bit worried as it was located next to a night club/Strip Bars Brothel but encountered no problems. Staff were helpful and the breakfast resturant area was good and the food excellent.
Also a fitness room with Sauna and Massage room in the basement. The Reception and bar area was good. If you thinking of going to Prague then use this hotel definitely stay in this hotel if I go back to Prague.

K+K Fenix: Great Location by Jane O'Loan |
| Posted 23 December 2004 about a visit in June 2004 | Overall rating: 10.0 |
My daughter and I spent 4 nights in this hotel in July. The first good thing about it was that it was literally 50 metres from the Museum Metro station. It was on a quiet side street at the Museum end of Wenceslas Square which is the quieter end. The rooms, with air conditioning, were average size, very clean and the beds were really comfortable.I was a bit worried as I had read in a review that it was close to a night club but we heard no sound at all at night. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the breakfast area was large and the food excellent. There were lifts to all floors and although we didn't use it ourselves there was a fitness room in the basement. The lobby and bar area was spacious and airy. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
