I do not recomend this hotel to anyone unless you want to stay in hotel ground for the whole of your holiday.Location very poor ,dogs barking ,lorries arriving ect.No where to walk to after dinner we were told it was 20 min walk into portaras ---- noway wore like over 60 min.Food same thing over and over again.Beach was very rocky and in some parts sludge.Some of the hotel staff were ok and others could not ne bothered to talk to you .

We stayed at the Kouzalis ?Beach last september we had a great time there , the rooms were fantastic, there is a bus route outside so we could go other places if we wanted, we often visited paralimini square for our shopping in the day time, there is a big supermarket called Orphanidies which is much cheaper than your loacal supermarkets.. we visited into Pernera there are some nice bars there at walking distance and sometimes got a taxi back which was only 5 pounds.. In the pool bar there was sonia and henrick (polish they was) that worked there , they were fantastic company at the bar , always a smiling face and made us feel very comfortable. In pernera we often visited a bar called the Barley Mow Steve Carrie Cheryl Will and Marina were the staff there they made our holiday, through Will we booked a trip to go snorkeling him and his father took us to some remote places we would have not normally gone snorkelling, the trip was called Flippers if you ever go to the Barley Mow be sure to ask Will about the Flippers Trip, lunch included and we went from 10am till 3.30 it was fantastic and great value for money...
We Will be booking our holiday for Kouzalis this year...

They have now got their act together with the exception of the entertainment. Although the two entertainment staff are very nice, the hotel and them fail to provide a high enough standard of entertainment. However without losing the benefit of your all inclusive package, there is still an option to bus (every half hour up to 2300 hours (10 min max to Protaras) or taxi CyŁ4.00 each way. THere are loads of cracking pubs - check out the comedian hypnotist at the Windmill Bar every Thu at 2200 hrs.
Great choice of food, lunch can actually be better than dinner some days. There were Tropical, Med, Italian and Carvery night themes. There were some moans from the sausage egg and chip mob - if you want that sort of menu go to Torquay.
Re complaint about snacks there are free snacks laid out in between meal times in the main restuarant - snacks at the pool are from a fixed menu and must be paid for.
Pool and pool bar very good.
The advice about asking for TWO keys cards was very good as you can leave one in the aircon slot and keep your room cooled all day.
Overall we had a great week in and out of the hotel.
