Rooms are very nice, the higher the floor, the better. Not really in the centre but close to a lovely park. Good location for a run in the morning. Strassbourg has an excellent public transport system, unfortunately, the hotel has no timetables nor map of this. You can walk in 15 minutes to the European Parliament throught the park and right away take the tram.
