| | We enjoyed Laganas. Right on the Turtle beach although this time we were too early to see them. If you want to enjoy the turtles then the best time is June & July when they come right in to lay their eggs on the beach which is now a conservation area. If they lay their eggs in the middle of the beach the local folks move them to a safer part of the beach and erect fences and markers around the site. Its a smashing stroll all the way along the beach up into kalamaki. We found that you can be as lively or as quiet as you want in this resort. The restaurants all seemed to have the same menu and prices and the ones we tried were all nice. Would definately return. |
