Went in May for a week S/C with JMC and had a great time.
The apartments themselves were in a great location, out the entrance up a short flight of stairs cross the road and you were in the middle of the Kasbar.
The beach was only a 5 min walk down the bank.
The rooms were well decorated when I stayed there, must admit it did look as if it had recently been decorated as everything looked brand new.
We had a ground floor room so didnt get any sun we had a patio rather than a balcony which were huge.
Its quite a small complex only about 24 rooms bt is right in the centre of the resort but still very quiet.
The reception is only open from 9-12 morning and 2-6 afternoon so that can cause problems if you need anything, but there is a security guard who patrols on an evening who can contact the owners if need be.
Pool is quite small but you expect that for the size of the property and the maid came daily.
The property is situated in walking distance of everything so wether you want the Kasbar (Clubs/disco bars) 2 mins walk up steps, the Gran Chapparel (English centre) up the bank 5-10 min walk, the Yumbo centre (Excelent shopping for duty free during the day but at night it is the main gay area) 5 min walk up the bank or the Irish centre 5-10 mins other side of the Kasbar.
Couldnt get a better location really, I would recommend staying here we had a great time and would go back!

Experienced a theft from the room with no forced entry. Pool is tiny. Old and broken furniture in rooms. No lock on patio door - just a wedged with a bit of wood!
