Booked a Manos holiday and spent £475 for two weeks B&B.
This is a mid range hotel and is situated close to Ammoudi Beach which is a small but sandy beach. About a 1/4 hour walk to the main part of town although there are better quality restaurants close to the hotel by Ammoudi Beach.
Rooms are decent size with good storage space. Unusually for a Greek hotle of this standard you do have a proper shower cubicle in the bathroom. Hot water never a problem during my stay. TV in room though most channels in Greek (it is Greece after all). 1 or 2 in English.
Rooms were well cleaned 6 days a week (bins emptied every day) with towels changed, I believe, twice a week. Air con available at 4 euros a day but not required during my stay. Safety deposit box available for hire at 10 euros per week. Hairdryer in bathroom.
Breakfast served between 8 and 9.30 am daily. Food available was bread, cheese, ham, cake, hard boiled eggs, corn flakes, muesli and fruit, together with orange juice, tea and coffee.
All staff in hotel were very friendly.
Small pool, bar and bar snacks also available.
Car park on site if you decide on hiring a car.
All in all good hotel in good location for beach. Decent walk into town but if you stay on coastal road it's a flat walk.

The Lato Hotel is a fair distance from the centre of Ag Nik so a little walking or taxi required.
The hotel, the owner and its staff were great.
Facilities up to a good standard and as its only a small hotel not crowded.
Resort a bit dissappointing and the beeches are poor.
Two very good restuarants up a height from the main strip were very good but one is very expensive but hey its good for special occasions. The restuarants around the main strip were mainly poor and not good quality. One very good restuarant on the way round to the main strip just after the gift shop. Sorry can't remember the names.
Medium resort for adults but not alot for teenagers. The main strips okay for drinking and socialising but we did not enjoy any of the restuarants we tried there. There was also a Chinese restuarant which was poor and just for a laugh try their Lemon Chicken just to see the Lemon Sauce!
Overall it was a good holiday and if we went back we would not take the kids as there was not a lot for them to do.
