Finding the Light Blue hotel from the airport was easy we had a hire car from the airport and they directed us, I'm sure it would be cheap enough for a taxi as it's only a short distance, but don't worry you can't hear the planes 24/7.
The hotel looked a bit like a private house when we pulled up and we were unsure, but when you go inside there is plenty of room a bar/lounge, resturant, lobby with telephone and ample outside space. It was a lovely view with quite and relaxing surroundings. You do need a car to visit other places and there's not much to do in the winter months but relax the Italian way. We are looking to return to the Light Blue hotel in the summer and we think we will enjoy it even more. Rooms are lovely but a bit cold at night. Service was excellent and friendly english speaking if nessecery and the cleanliness was exempt. Great value for money. Avoid the evening meal on price though very expensive, but breakfast extras great value. Argos the dog is very friendly.
