My family and I went to this hotel at Christmas 1997, we intended staying two weeks for xmas and new year, but ended up paying to fly home after just one week!! and there were lots of other families who did the same.
The food was terrible and the food was served up the day after in different meals! the fruit was all mouldy and rotten. The staff not very friendly. The rep hopeless. The ANTS were very friendly always coming to see us, especially in our beds!! The hotel was too small for All Inclusive, there was no area for non smokers even in the reception which was very tiny. We ended up going out to restaurants and being out of pocket! It was the worst holiday we have ever had.
