| Lloret de Mar Review: | | Written by Bori421 on 30 Jun 2003 about a trip in Apr 2002.
| If you are looking for a good time, a place where you can really enjoy yourself, you can't miss Lloret. The best bar that I found (where even the most boring people have got to laugh) is Paco's. You can't miss going there - the friendliest welcome in town.
Keep away from the Hotel Guitart Central Park - most unfriendly welcome in Lloret. Food disgusting and staff most off-hand. Try the Acapulco - much better!
Good nights out also include the Texas Saloon, the Queen Vic and a little bar called El Torito. A good eating house can be found opposite the cemetery (used only for those who don't pay the bill!) or also the little restaurant next to the Maria del Mar hotel. Biggest steak in town!
Lloret is the place I would certainly go all the time. BUT, if you don't like really big crowds, keep away in July and August. (That's just a friendly word of advice!) Maybe I will even see you there - I'll be back as soon as I can!
Happy Holidays in Lloret.
P.S. If you are looking for information then please contact me - many people want the info but don't want to be contacted! Rather a shame. |
