My family and I spent a week here in October 2004, the accomodation was lovely and very quaint. It was cleaned regularly .The poolside was beautiful with views over Protaras and the pool was clean and very spacious. Infact we spent most of our days at the pool as it was so peaceful and picturesque. The poolside bar offers a wide variety of delicious snacks that you can charge to your room. There is also a fantastic Cypriot coutyard which offers entertainment every night and bbq's.A supermarket is located in front of the apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the cleaners.But ALWAYS remember to close your windows when you go out as there are a huge number of cats roaming about, alothough they belobng to the hotel we came home to find 6 cats lying on the beds of our studio. the staff were most helpful in dealing with our complaint.Although the accomodation is fantastic and i would visit every year just to return to this lovely authentic paradise the resort, protaras has yet to impress me.Just a strip of british pubs,themed bars and cheap souvenir shops there is not alot to look forward to when you go out at night. For better entertainment rent a car and drive to Ayia Napa for the night, it is quiet in October and has a wide variety of shops and restaurants for everyone.
