When i stayed at the laura beach i was disappointed in the service and standard at the hotel, it is claiming to be a 4* but i would have thought it was more like a 3*. The people that were visiting the hotel were rude and loud and the food in the evening was repetitive and sometimes cold.
the staff were generally ok, although it took a long time to check in and out. the hotel appears to be better suited to large families who like busy atmosphere's and are happy to be in a loud environment. anyone expecting 4* luxery should research the hotel properly before staying here.

Returned on 30/7/2002 found hotel to be very clean ,staff friendly and helpful.Food could have had a bit more variety.Evening entertainment was adequate.Hotel was situated in the middle of Phaphos and Coral Bay and local bus service was ideal for reaching both.Hotel situated on it,s own sandy beach with plenty of watersports.While we was there we found there was always enough sunbeds for everyone.No need to take your own beach towels as hotel provides them.Our room we found to be clean but abit small for a family of four.Probably not worth paying extra for sea view.One fault we did find with hotel was the waiter service at night time while watching the entertainment was very slow,but on the whole the hotel was a good choice.
