rooms basic adequate andvery clean reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. lift a little unpredictable but exercise did us good and my daughter loved the climbing up and downstairs anyway lol. food xcellent and catered very well for my 2yr old including helping out with milk at night,
. hotel very good value for money would definitely visit again location very close to seafront and playground worth paying the little bit extra for a seafront view as it is excellent and lovely at nightime from the balcony. we found the hotel very quiet at night after 11pm and would love to go back again. we stayed from 10th - 13th july 2008 cant wait to go back

Mar Blau: Very nice hotel by John Gordon |

We spent two very nice weeks here over Christmas 2002. The staff couldn't do enough to help and assist and always had a smile. Rooms were kept very clean, and ours had a great view of the beach. The food could not be faulted, as there was always a very good choice at all meal times.
The weather when we were there was like a comfortable British summer, warm enough during the day, although you wouldn't think so to see the Spanish walking around with their anoraks and fur coats. This hotel is quite heavily occupied at Christmas by Spanish hoteliers having their holidays, but as we didn't spend a lot of time there, it didn't really matter.
Location was excellent, right beside the old town and within easy walking distance to lots of shops and bars. A bus stop and one of the town tractor trains were only about a hundred yards away, as was a taxi stance. Apart from some traffic noise, this is a very quiet location at night, although it can be quite busy during the day. The beach is just across the two streets outside, but I would be very wary of letting children go to the beach alone, due to the traffic during the day.
In summary, a very cosy place to stay. We would go again.
