I am from Norway, so my english may be bad :-)
Be aware that if you order one of the apartments, they are situated at the back of the hotel and is a part of the timeshare section over the tennis, squash, sauna and excercise section. Some minutes to walk to the heated pool in front of the hotel, where the beach is. There is a pool at the apartments also and that may be great in the summer, but not in february as it is not heated.
Watergymnastics, streching by the the pool and competitions (volleyball, dart, shuffleboard) lead by nice russian staff at the pool-area/beach.
Tried the buffet reaturant one nigh but had to wait ouside for about one our to get a table :-( Try instead the Bulls restaurant outside. Take a walk on the Sheraton road insted of going down town.
