Although used mainly by the business traveller, we stayed here in October 2002 for our city break and it was fantastic.
The Hotel is stunning and the rooms are clean, spacious and provide excellent facilties. Most rooms have lovely views across to Liberty Island.
The Hotel includes Gym and Pool and has a cocktail bar and a prestigious restaurant.
It's located in the financial district next door to Ground Zero and close to Wall Street.
However, everything is easy to reach on foot or by the Metro or Buses and the Staten Island Ferry and South Street Seaport are just a short walk away.
Just one tip - if phoning home buy a local phonecard. The calls from this hotel are extremely expensive!!!!
