Trip was for a single traveller on holiday. Michael Ngoc would definitely visit again.

Mauritius History and Culture | | | v.intersting, colourful hx & culture. |
Getting to Mauritius | | | book well ahead, as can get rather pricey!! |
Getting around Mauritius | | i used a scooter to tour the island many times, also rented car, buses not bad either. |
When to visit Mauritius | variable, depends what you like in temp etc.
RE: S dawson comments, It's unfortunate that you had a 'not so pleasing' holiday in Mauritius, i'm not Mauritian nor for N.Ireland so my views are abit more neutral. I've been there twice & had a brilliant time there, perhaps you did'nt get to see the many good sides of the country and dwelled on the lessers points of the place. Mauritius is a fusion of colours, races, cultures, religion & it appears to work well for the most part. I hope maybe someday you re-visit the country & in a different light. PS i'm back for a 3rd time for my honeymoon next year. |
