Mercure Hotel is 1 from 3 hotels Accor's net in Andorra. I if you stay in 1 of this 3 hotels you could have all services from every Accor hotel in Andorra, so if you hope pay more I have swimmingpool in the evening for this many, forgett - there is a lot of people in pool, in restorant in bar from 3 hotels.
Room was cozy, but we has'nt enough cleaning there, in ouer 8 Day in room, roomservice never cleaned floor, & changed ouer bad only twice, & once from this twice after ouer complein?!
The swimmingpool isn't big & and full all time of children, wich jummp on you & makes this place unpeaceful, but stimy room is good & dry sauna too, in jaqussi a lot of chlor. Solarium is good. There is big childrenclub near on the swimmingpool.
Food was exellent, all time it's very-very tasty, a lot of dishes & nice service. We had half board.
Location in the centre of Andorra de la Vella, but if you drive from Soldeo in the evening from skiining - you should stay in traffic jam from 1 till 3 Hr, but in the morning only 15 minutes by car. Good for shopping, & go out in the evening & there is the undeground garage - it's very big stuff in little Andorra, where you couldn't find parking place!
In hotel & in Andorra too general enterteiment as said our guide, is you! Good Pab in hotel, but if you want some drinks & chatten & relax with your friend, you shoud do it before 10 am, becouse childrenclub closes at 9 am, and after dinner parents with very noise children are there, & you coudn't hear nothing, only catalonishen words & children screams. We are not old, but we wanted hearing each other, & next time we drunk in ouer room - it's more lounge there :-)
All personal speaks catalonish!, English only 1 or 2 persons in reception, and 1 in restorant, and they work not everydays.
