Went to the Miami in May 2002 when they do an all inclusive package. The family room was fine, plenty of space and great views. The food was better than average and the kids didn't moan too much. The staff were very friendly. However the poolside bar staff were just not interested in AI customers and tended to ignore them in favour of paying ones!
