my family & i stayed here twice the first time the roof leaked in our room & they argued with us the bed was wet through they changed the sheets as if that would help the roof wos still leaking. The holiday rep eventuly got them to move us hinto another room .
We met a lady that night who said they had given her the same room after they moved us out of. the rep complained but they hadnt another room spare so this poor woman had nowhere to stay .
THE second time we stayed ther it wos in october halfway through the week they CLOSED THE HOTEL because there wosent enough people there we were moved by the rep to the effes hotel across the road a much better place imagine having to pack everything up & move to another hotel with kids on top of that they lost our suitcase on the plane
THANKS THOMAS COOKS YOUR REALY THE BEST ARNT YOU YOU RUINED TWO OF OUR HOLIDAYS

Just come back from Mirage and can safely say I wouldnt stay there again! The staff are not the same, except the animation team who were lovely, Johnny T, Gino, Can, Ally.
Hotel is full of dutch people, with one group of guys I saw taking someone elses sunbeds. And we had an issue with the receptionist phoning up to our room and chasing my mate up the stairs.
Food wasn't good either, so glad we were bed and breakfast, huge disappointment but would have been worse if we were all inclusive. Gutted as this hotel used to be awesome!!
Much as I have stayed here 8 times I will definitely stay elsewhere if I go back!!!

Me and my friend were at Mirage between 30th of July and 6th of August. The food was ok but there was no fun at the evening. The reason for that is not the animation team because the hotel was full of families.Me and my friend were the only people that are in the range between 18-30. I cannot describe the dissapointment...

This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in. My son loved the slide and both the pools, He made lots of friends and cried when we had to leave. I would recommed this to every one. The reaturant close by were value for money and we never had a bad meal
