Location was good and central although the street ( like many around there) are quite narrow. Open air nearby car parking facility offered by hotel for 12 euro per night . Staff spoke reasonable english and were friendly. Reception closes at around 10pm and sister hotel adjoining this ( Park Hotel) takes over. Breakfast was quite good for a 3* hotel. We had a nice large room (406) on the top floor facing the main street. It had a nice big terrace !!. No Air-conditioning in the room. Did not use the pool. Reception area is nice, bright and modern. The rate for the night we stayed was excellent value at £28 incl breakfast for the 2 of us. It was almost double that on the day before / after !! Tosa is a much nicer resort than Lloret. It is more classier. Just take a boat trip to Lloret , Blanes or other points for a day trip.

Novo Park hotel is in 2 halfs, on either side of the road. The hotel is very good for its humble 3 stars. (Excellent buffet food) It is quite new and the room was lovely, clean and modern. It's very close to the centre of Tossa de Mar. The pool area is a bit small though and only has limited sunshine. Better to get on the beach which is large and sandy.
All in all, Tossa is civilised and has a little culture too. If you want excitement, get on the bus to Lloret de Mar, and join in the party.
