Basic, but clean and friendly hotel. We were a little dissappointed when we first arrived as the photos we had seen on the web were in fact the Palma Mazas Hotel and not the Emperador which was the hotel we were booking.
There is no Phone or TV in your room and the air conditioning consists of a removed ceiling tile in the bathroom. Our room was cleaned every day as well as clean towels. Bedding was changed once.
Breakfast is from 8am till 10am. You have a small selection of breakfast foods, these would be...toast, cereal, bread rolls, cheese and cold meat. And of course hot and cold drinks.
Overall we were quite happy with the Emperador, proberly not an ideal area to go if you have small children as the resort caters for mainly middle aged germans. Lots of bars and resturants, but if you like your pub quizzes, bingo or kids discos then its not for you.
On the other hand, it is 5 minutes walk to Aquacity. Europes largest waterpark (apparently). And it's about 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the centre of Palma.

i would like to book this hotel for me and my friend,but not ever having been to majorca i am wondering if it going to be too noisy for us as we are not teenagers and would like a nice peaceful location in a popular resort
