| We have visited Paphos 3 times previously, and will be going again this year.
We are a couple in our 50's and we find the pace of life here suits us just fine.
We like to be able to wander around shops, historical sites and people watch.
There are a variety of things to do in and around the area without becoming bored. Hiring a car for a few days is also wothwhile to see other sites which are not too far away.
There are plenty of restaurants/bars in Paphos if you look. Don't just stay on the harbour road, wander down side streets and the place open up before your eyes
Very pleasant and relaxing for us.
If you didn't know, spectacles are also very good value here, and opticians are UK trained, so shouldn't be any worries. We are highly satisfied and always buy from here (hence our 2 yearly visits)
