We booked into the Paramount last week and found our room smelling of sewage and crawling with ants. The bed linen was old and dirty looking. The stairs and general area were filthy. The road outside was being dug up and covered in rubble and there is a building site next door.
Checked out again after half a day to move to somewhere cleaner so cannot comment on dining and facilities.
