I stayed at this hotel in december o4 it was one of the best holidays ive ever had, the hotel was brilliant i couldn't complain.
The food was really good especially the italian restaurant, we ended up in there towards the end of the holiday most nights. All the hotel staff were really helpful they couldnt do enough for you, the beach is stunning there, and u get a free bus to the main clubs and bars it was perfect, a really good location and just across from la isla shopping centre which was great loads of good designer shops. The rooms were huge and u get a fridge in most rooms which was good as you can put water in there as its so hot. I dont think there was anything i could complain about really apart from having to pay for the safe but then that is pretty standard in a lot of the hotels i guess. All in all a great hotel to stay in i would definitely recomend it.

I stayed at Park Royal for two weeks and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were greeted with cocktails, which we needed after the 9 hour flight. I rarely opened a door myself the whole time I stayed at the hotel. There was always a member of staff cleaning something and the hotel was spotless. Our room was very nice, the chambermaids even made elephants and swans out of towels on our beds. The food was excellent, with a different theme every night. Le Mirador restaurant was fantastic, you do not pay extra for this, but you do need to make a reservation. The drinks are also good - anything you want they will do, I have never drank so many different cocktails before!
Park Royal is situated in Zone 2 of the Hotel Zone. It's a great location as you are opposite the best shopping mall in Cancun, La Isla and you are not too far away from the bars and clubs. I would highly recommend that you stay here!
