This is the second time we have been to the hotel and it has recently been extended with more rooms added as a consequence we found the pool area much busier and louder than before and at some points it seems the pool is full of Lilos!! The lounge area is very nice and is now much better. I would say to anyone planning to visit the Park to not take the half board option no one had a good word to say about it and there are many excellent and very reasonable restaurants in the town. Prices are a little more expensive in the hotel but this is no different to any hotel I have ever been to and the food at the Snack bar is excellent. It is a bit of a stroll into the town but only about 10 minutes.The A/C is a must in the summer as it was 40+ during the day and around 25 at night,if you book direct with the hotel and not through a tour operator its included in the tariff.
Lastly what ever you do avoid leaving Zakynthos on a Sunday the airport is the worst thing about this Island and on Sundays it is terrible you will queue for 2 hours outside in the blistering sun. Avoid it if you can!
