| I was been first time in Pattaya in November 2004.
First of all,
if you look for "dream" beaches and sea, don't go in Pattaya.
The weather was nice (37 °C ) but umidity was too much (87%)!!
The better time to visit Pattaya is from december to march.
Many places are situated in Walking Street and Beach Road,
but if you wanna more info search on this site
pattaya-at-night and choose your favourite section or contact me.
