Trip was for a couple on short break. Michael Gair would prefer not to visit again.
| Perissa shopping | | | Never really did much shopping, but found Thira much more expensive than the rest of the island. Must be something to do with the cruise ships!!! |
Perissa nightlife | | | Very quiet when we were there, but I have to say, that suited us! |
Perissa restaurants | | | Some lovely restaurants & bars. We loved "Gods Kitchen", where we went twice, but never had a bad meal the whole week! |
Perissa attractions | | | THe views are spectacular, but hey, a view is a view, half a dozen photo's & you've got it! |
Perissa day trips | | | boat taxi to Kamari is a must, but a word of warning, getting on & off is definately not for the infirm or for heavy laden travellers! |
When to visit Perissa | | We went in early September and the weather was wonderful! absolutely red hot but with a welcome warm breeze through the day and shirt sleeve weather at night. Really pleasant! |

My husband and I have just booked for a two week holiday at the Villa Marcos Studios in Perissa but I cannot find any review anywhere. Can anybody who has stayed here please advise what they thought of the accomodation, location, etc I would be very grateful.

This is are second stay at the Marcos Studios. The accomadations in basic - typically greek. We have booked again mainly because of it's location minutes to the beach also the tavernas and restuarants. Nice pool kept clean and the bar area is open from breakfast to very late evening. Staff very friendly and accomadating. The rooms are nothing to shout about however we loved the resort .
