I have to say I myself love this small well run hotel. What makes this hotel is its staff its position and its size. Firstly the staff go out of their way to see that all its guest are satisfied. From the younger travelers to the older generation who stay there. It is right next door to the Marina hotel. So it is right in the centre of the levante beach area. Ideal for all the best and cheapest bars and clubs.Its size makes ideal for the older traveler with it only being six stories high it is OK to walk up the stairs to your room.
We have requested room 101 or 102 every time we have stayed at the Perla and the receptionist has been good enough to see we have been allocated one or the other of the rooms we have chosen. It does sometimes get noisy with the younger holiday travelers but the staff soon have the noise down to an acceptable level for all to enjoy their holiday. One more bonus for the Hotel Perla is its pool surrounded by banana and Pomegranate trees. its complete privacy and plenty of sun loungers and chairs to go round means you can sun bath all day if you like and get a sun lounger at any time of day.

Have stayed at the Perla four or five times over the last 3 years (as well as many other hotels in Benidorm). The hotel is every bit as clean as higher rated hotels, with the same standard of staff and facilities. It is cheaper than the others, without lowering it's standards. Have only eaten in the hotel at breakfast time, which have been of a good standard. Hotel is in an excellent location right on top of the Square so with loads of bars, restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance. Have stayed there mainly in June or September, so not sure if its really noisy in the height of summer but have never had a problem ourselves.
