The hotel was clean, well located and served a good variety of food.
However, a major loophole in the hotel's security procedures tainted my holiday. Keys were given out at request, requiring no proof of identification. During my stay, a high number of thefts took place, including 60 Euros from my room, jewellery, an ipod, a mobile phone and a wallet from others.
When we complained, hotel staff treated as a matter of insignificance, we were told it "was not there problem".
On my last night at Salou, the spare key to my room was given out to an unknown person. This was clearly very upsetting, resulting in my roommates and I felling very unsafe.

this hotel is clean welcoming and friendly
the entertaiment is great. activities during the day and entertaiment at night, the entertaiment team got the people involved with the night entertaiment by getting them on stage. there was flamenco and traditional entertaiment on some nights
it is away from the noise of the centre of salou but only 500 mtr walk into the centre so its near enough to walk for all amenities but still quite at night.
The food is great different each night with themed nights in the restuarant
we enjoyed our stay there
