The location of this hotel was excellent - less than 5 minutes to the beach. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The family room was a bit on the small side for a double bed and a single bed and a cot . Pool was lovely . Children had a great time in the kids club. Evening entertainment was very good. The food was good - not a great selection for the evening meal especially for the children.

what can i say. my partner & myself booked this holiday last minute to take my 8year old son away as it was 1st week of the school holidays. what a choice of hotel we made!!!!
from the moment we arrived on the saturday we were greeted by amazing staff. the hotel is small & intimate,very clean & caters for everyone. right from the start my son was straight into the pool with the other kids having a ball! we knew this place was going to be a great hotel by the way it is layed out,with every guest close together yet far enough apart for privacy.you walk through the bar area & step up to the pool side.anyone with kids can feel safe as the pool & kids are in view at all times.
the food.....well,this hotel has a 2star raiting. ive been in 4star hotels in mallorca & club playa does itself proud with the food. excellent choice,variety & great quality. food for everyone! if they dont have anything you like just say to the chef & he will go out his way to make you what you want.
the entertainment at night is second to none!! top acts from around the island are booked here. i said to friends when i came home that every guest in the hotel stayed in at night when the acts were on. look out for the comedien "YANK IN THE UK". dear god this guy was top drawer!!!!
all in all,myself & many other couples were so taken on by club playa that we hava booked up as soon we got home! THIS HOTEL IS REALLY THAT GOOD!!!!!

Hi I wondered if anyone could tell me if the hotel Playa Santa Ponsa is suitable for people with mobility problems? i.e. hills, steep inclines etc nearby? Thanks.
