The Playa del Moro hotel has a wonderful beach side location, 20M accross the traffic free promenade to the excellent Cala Millor beach.
The rooms are of reasonable size and are mainly facing the beach overlooking the pool. They are well equiped and well serviced, each room contains a mini bar (overpriced) and room safe (extra charge).
The service throughout the hotel is very helpful and pleasant, particularly in the large restaurant which serves a good choice of international dishes. The clientelle is mainly German but the English Guests are well looked after too.
The swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds and parosols to go around although a minority of guests insist in reserving them prior to breakfast (Mainly British !).
We travelled through Thomas Cook select which included a taxi transfer and unfortunately a Thomas Cook Airline flight. (the flight represented a new level of discomfort, cramped with appalling food).
You can easily book this hotel on line direct through thier own website. (cmhotels) and make your own arrangements for transfers and flights.
Overall a good holiday representing reasonable value for money.
