Staff were excellent friendly, very helpful and informative.
Location of the Hotel is perfect, situated in the main shopping area and convenient for the harbour and downtown Santa Cruz. The square is beautiful.
Unfortunately our stay was very short but the rooms were well presented and clean and we did not get a chance to sample the cuisine.
Value for money was very good.
