sorry nicola but do you work for the hotel cos that was the worst review of that kip of a hotel, the rooms were terrible, the walls were so thin we listened to the guy on the toilet next door and being sick one night, the staff were really rude and unhelpful, the smell of smoke lingered through the hotel, the rooms were so small we complained to the rep to get something a little bigger cos it was a disgrace, chicken coup comes to mind, ppl stay away from this hotel, pay a little extra and enjoy your holiday, STAY CLEAR

i went with my 2 daughters 1 almost 17 and other is 11 and the hotel is great as it has plenty of diff places to eat at and also different litttle parts where you can sit and have a quiet drink if you want to. also i found when it was so hot outside the air conditionin bar was fantastic ! location was great and the staff are more than accomadating i wouold reccomend this hotel and would definately go back there again.the rooms were cleaned every day apart from my oldest lazy daughter couldnt get out of bed lol
I stayed there for just 1 week then we went to stay with family that lives further afield but decided after 3 days to go back to sunny beach but there was no room here so we went to a diff hotel on the beach and it was a nice location but honestly i would have much preferred to have gone back to polyusi as the staff etc were a lot better
been 2 years runnin now to sunny beach and if i go back next year this is the hotel i will want to be going to so hope there will be room when and if i get to go
