Overall, a pleasant experience. Only gripes are that the studio apartment initially allocated to us felt a bit cramp and there were only 2 hobs if you wanted to try to cook anything in the room. We also allocated a non-sea facing room even though we had booked for a sea-view. However, on their overnight check, the hotel realised their error and, in compensation, moved us to a one bedroom sea facing apartment free of charge.
Gripes over, the plus points. The views of the bay from the hotel were superb. The hotel is located at the quieter end of Palma Nova but was still only a 5 to 10 minutes walk from nearest bus stop for Parma. The reception, bar and restaurant areas were bright, airy and comfortable with the staff attentive and friendly.
Although only booked in on a self-catering basis, we ate in the hotel twice out of the four nights we stayed there. The food, especially the Mallorcan themed buffet was delicious, and very good value with drinks included in the price.
The big question: would we stay here again? Possibly and we would definitely pay the extra for a one bedroom apartment and Half-Board.
