| Poznan is a stopover on the route between Berlin and Warsaw, and yet it has lots to offer.
It has one of the most beautiful town squares I can remember, filled with people enjoying the outdoor cafes. Any preconception you might have about the poles being dour people get quickly squashed here !.
It also has an indoor shopping centre any city in the UK would be proud of, a beautiful red spired church, and trams that can whisk you around for a few pence.
