New York, what a wonderful city. The people and the buzz are amazing. So much to see and do and it really is a 24hr city.
The Best Western President however is the only chink in the glittering armour that is New York. When we arrived we were told the restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment, a mystery in itself as there was obviously no work going on, and speaking with a local restaurant it transpires that it was due to environmental issues. Not one member of staff was courteous, in fact they were down right rude and the accomodation was below parr for any star rating. I will definately visit New York again and although Best Western are "The Worlds Biggest Hotel Chain" I would rather take my chances on a park bench.
