| Protaras Travel Guide: Protaras was absolutely the best holiday ive ever been on

Trip was for a family on holiday. Michael Brooks would definitely visit again.
| Protaras shopping |  10.0 | | Protaras is full of shops, from souvineir shops to expensive clothes retailer. I didnt have any problem finding what we wanted |
Protaras nightlife | 10.0 | | There are 2 really good clubs in protaras, called boogies and Q club, Both are exceptionally busy, and you can be sure to have a great time there, Also Ayia Napa is only 8 Minutes away in the taxi. |
Protaras restaurants | 10.0 | | The food in protaras is exceptional, there are a few great restaurants, their food is brilliant, but as always theres one that stands out from the rest, Romeo Taverna, Me and my family go to protaras every year, and we always vist Romeo's, The food in there is great, the atmosphere is great, i mean they even have water fountains, which is really relaxing. They also host live entertainment, including live music, greek dancers that dance with over 50 glasses on their heads, the show is absolutely amazing. I recommend Romeo's to anyone who wants to make the most of their holiday. we also went to diva restaurant, which isnt bad but not in comparison to romeo's |
Protaras attractions | 10.0 | | Visit the famous Fig Tree Bay, the sands are golden and the beach is clear blue, a perfect example of a good beach with the unpolluted meditteranean sea. I recomment you go on one of the boat trips they host at the beach to have a guided tour of protaras, kavo greko, famagusta and their surrounding areas. The boat trips are great, because you can learn a bit about the culture and get a great tan at the same time with the gentle breaze of the medditeranean sea. |
Getting to Protaras | 10.0 | | The airport is situated in larnaca, which is only 20 minutes away from protaras |
Getting around Protaras | | everything is local, so you dont really need transport, althought regular buses run through protaras to ayai napa and paralimni. there are plenty of car, motorcycle hire shops around and there are taxis on every corner, so transport is great |
When to visit Protaras | | anytime from may to october. |
